Winter Cracow 1959, or rather the outskirts thereof, was the place of my birth.

My childhood passion was to observe the surrounding wildlife and its continuous changes and hues. Education and interaction with the historic district of Cracow known as the Old Town has stimulated my fascination with the works of ancient masters. In effect of this fascination and the advice of an intelligent teacher and architect, I graduated from the School of Conservation of Architectural Heritage created by Professor Wiktor Zin in Cracow, with a major in plastery. I opted to breathe life into the acquired skill. Following the footsteps of Great Artists I chose the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts, faculty of Interior Design. In the ateliers of modern professors … I learned the secrets of painting, drawing, sculpture and design. Concurrently I led an intensive academic social life.

            I discovered the places that inspired the modern artists and intoxication derived afflatus. Though ThI completed my work at the Academy with distinction in 1984, my true creative expression and its inner pleasure evolved from my abandonment of intoxicants.
